First-time homebuyers and persons who have not owned a home in the last three years may be eligible for a $20,000 subsidy. The subsidy is available through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority and is unique to Gile Hill.

Homebuyer's Class. Twin Pines strongly encourages all homebuyers, especially first-time homebuyers, to take a homebuyer’s class. Completion of such a class is required to buy some of the homes in our program. We will accept only classes that are offered by the following providers.
