Live at Gile Hill, an innovative, new community in Hanover, NH! There will be 59 condominium units, 15 of which are specially priced as permanently affordable units for those earning no more than $69,100. We expect to release the prices for these affordable units in mid-July; they will be priced significantly below equivalent market-rate units.
We are accepting applications for the affordable condominium units! These homes are expected to be ready by spring/summer of 2009. Homebuyer's Class. Twin Pines strongly encourages all homebuyers, especially first-time homebuyers, to take a homebuyer’s class. Completion of such a class is required to buy some of the homes in our program. We will accept only classes that are offered by the following providers.
