We want to better serve our residents, and we know the best way to do that is to get direct feedback from the people we serve.

In our previous survey 39% of people indicated that they would be interested in arts and crafts programs, and thus we have started to soft launch them at multiple locations.

In response to the 16% of people who expressed that Property Management only sometimes responded, we onboarded more Property Management and Supportive Services staff.

We recognize that our response time to work orders has not always been the best, and while it has significantly improved through getting company vehicles and more Maintenance staff, we continue to try our best to streamline the process.

Your voice is extremely important to us and makes a difference in you and your fellow neighbors’ lives.

This survey asks about our team and our performance in Maintenance, Property Management, and Supportive Services. Twin Pines staff and the board will review the data once it’s compiled to see where we need improvement — the more responses, the more accurate the data will be.
