Three-story apartment building to provide affordable housing in downtown West Lebanon
This new 29 unit mixed-income project will offer 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for all ages, incomes, and physical abilities to create a diverse and vibrant downtown community. The location is walkable to shopping, services, and Advance Transit bus service. The Kilton Library is just across Tracy Street.
- 16 units for households at 50% of AMI
- 9 units for households at 60% of AMI
- 2 units for households at 80% of AMI
- 2 units at Market Rate
Project funding is underway and the development process continues. Construction could begin in April 2018 and would take 12 to 14 months. The project is estimated to cost $7.1 million.
