Riverwalk Apartments marks a collaboration between Twin Pines Housing and a for-profit developer. The turn-key development project will include 42 units of housing at the corner of Maple Street (Route 4) and Prospect Street in White River Junction. Construction has begun at the site with initial grubbing and installation of construction fencing and pedestrian controls. Final construction should be completed in the spring of 2024.
