Ready for homeownership but don’t know where to start? Get answers to your home buying questions with this comprehensive 8-hour class. You’ll learn about grants and other down payment assistance as well as which mortgage is right for you. Workshops all meet the pre-purchase requirement for most lenders. The workshop will be held at Woodstock History Center, 26 Elm Street, Woodstock, VT, on Saturday, January 25, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Registration fee is $99 per household, and the first 10 households to register will receive a $25 gift card from Twin Pines Housing upon completion of the workshop. 2018 Annual Meeting and Parkhurst Community Housing Ribbon Cutting

On Thursday, June 7, Twin Pines Housing will hold a Ribbon Cutting for Parkhurst Community Housing at 4:30 pm at 10 Parkhurst Street in Lebanon, NH, followed immediately by the 2018 Annual Meeting at Upper Valley Senior Center, 10 Campbell Street, Lebanon. Refreshments will be served.

Homebuyer Education Workshop

Ready for homeownership but don’t know where to start? Get answers to your home buying questions with this comprehensive 8 hour class, followed by one-on-one sessions with a certified Housing Advisor. When finished, you’ll receive your Homebuyer Education Certificate, required by most local lenders. Workshops will be held at Twin Pines Housing’s offices on Tuesday, April 24th and May 1st, 4:30-8:00 pm (you must attend both sessions). Registration fee is $65 per household. Kristine McDevitt joins Twin Pines Housing staff

Kristine McDevitt, of Hanover, has joined Twin Pines Housing as Real Estate Development Project Manager. In her new role, she will coordinate the development of new affordable housing, as well as the renovation of existing housing. Prior to joining Twin Pines Housing, Kristine served as the Contracts Manager at Pitney Bowes where she was responsible for commercial enterprise software and data license agreements. She earned a bachelor’s in political science from DePauw University and a law degree from Georgetown University. Kristine currently serves as President of the Board for Hanover Conservancy and as a board member for CRREL Restoration Advisory Board and Hanover Improvement Society.
