The two 1980s-era buildings on Bugbee Street known as The Briars are undergoing a $2 million renovation. The long overdue interior and exterior improvements to these 24 apartments will include the installation of energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) along with new windows, siding, and insulation. This investment will improve the appearance of the buildings, make them more comfortable, and reduce operating costs for residents and Twin Pines alike. Interior improvements will include new flooring, cabinetry, and other updates where they are most needed. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2017.
